30 days, no questions. the long form lives at /policies/refund-policy and supersedes this in any conflict.
damage on arrival
if the book arrives damaged or the tray is broken, send a photo within 14 days of delivery to hello@bookdecoy.com and we'll send a replacement or refund in full. no return required for damaged items.
changed your mind
unused, undamaged books in the original kraft mailer can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. return shipping is on us for us orders. write to us first so we can give you the return address and tracking instructions.
phone doesn't fit
the molded tray is sized for standard smartphones up to about 6.9". if it doesn't fit yours, write to us within 14 days and we'll either help you make it work or refund the order.
how refunds get issued
- refunds go back to the original payment method.
- most refunds appear within 5–7 business days after we receive the return or approve the claim.
- shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was damaged or shipped in error.
