what we collect

• information you give us at checkout (name, shipping and billing addresses, email, phone).
• order and payment status from shopify and our payment processor. we do not see or store full card numbers.
• basic device and browser data (cookies, ip, user agent) for analytics and fraud prevention.
• any messages you send us via the contact form.

what we do with it

• fulfill your order, ship the book, and handle any returns.
• send order updates and the occasional brand note. you can opt out at any time.
• understand site performance in aggregate. we do not sell personal data.

who handles it

shopify hosts the store and processes payments through certified providers. shipping carriers see only what they need to deliver your order. that's the whole list.
